That's a whole field! What interests you? And what theories do you want to use? Formal/structural theories? Or cognitive/functional approaches?

I want to research on Generative semantics theory, but I can't choose any new ideas, I read Palmer's semantics:a new outline and Lexical semantics by cruse but I can't pick out unique ideas

Personally I'd suggest first reading a lot to see what catches your eye (for example, tense and aspect) then applying it to an understudied language. That's what would be most new/useful in my opinion. And fun.
