Title: How many morphemes are there in words "Length" and "Truth"?

It depends on how you analyze them. Any derivation there is relatively opaque, although you know that words that sound fairly similar also have similar meanings. For an average speaker of English, they probably do not decompose and then re-create these combinations during conversations. But if you look at it more from a historical perspective, you could see -th as a sort of derivational deadjectival nominal suffix.
