How do read it ? and how do we call this phenomenon in Phonetics?

I read it as [luˈisa ɪz əˈmɛɪzɪŋ]. If the example were "Louisa is amazing", I'd read it as [lʊˈizə ɪz əˈmɛɪzɪŋ]. It's not called code-switching, because my Spanish is execrable (it's even a code, for me). I don't know of a specific term that describes the habit of accommodating pronunciation of words from foreign languages, as observed in pronunciation of "Bach" (with
  • ) or "milieu" (with [ø]). I am incapable of saying [ɔslo] instead of [ʊʃlʊ] for the capital of Norway. I'd just simply say "I got in the habit of saying it like they do in that language".


Maybe you have something else in mind, in which case you could re-write the question.

Here is the #answer.
 "Louisa is amazing" is
/lʊˈizə R ɪz əˈmɛɪzɪŋ/ and the phonetic phenomenon is called  "Linking (or Intrusive R).  "
The Intrusive R sound in English is an extra sound that we use between two words when we are connecting these two words together.
Between a word-final schwa
 /ə/ spelt with an < a > (e.g. China, Lisa, America) and a new word beginning with a vowel sound, /r/ will act as a connector e.g. "Vanilla is not black : Vanilla Ris not black/ , "America and France : America Rand France, ... "

There can be several consecutive Intrusive Rs, e.g:

"The extra area America added": The extra Rarea Ramerica Radded.
