Do dependent clauses belong to full (subject-operator) or partial (subject-verb) inversion?

In which language? English?

Subject-verb inversion usually takes place in matrix (main not embedded/dependent) clauses. How do dependent clauses fit into that? I'm not sure what you're asking.
