In Spanish diphthongization we have these alternations based on my data and my underestanding: e→ je/ cons +stress cons [sen't-amos]→ ['sjent-o]

o→ we/ cons +stress cons [kon't-amos]→ ['kwent-o]

e→e / cons +stress cons [ben'd-amos]→ ['bend-o]

o→o / cons +stress cons [mon'tamos]→ ['mont-o]

je→je / cons +stress cons [alje'n-amos]→ [a'ljen-o]

we→we/ cons +stress cons [frekwen't-amos]→ [fre'kwent-o]

I'm done with abstract analysis but I have a problem with concrete analysis with exception features and abstract underlying segment.

The concrete analysis turns word-initial unstressed diphthongs into monophthongs. You don't need any exceptions, but you could have them if you had another pattern.
