Those are broad topics. What are you looking for specifically, and why? A good place to start might be a 'Handbook' on SLA.

i am unable to find enough material.. i have to prepare it in detail. i have gone through 3-4 books of SLL. but couldn't find. if you can suggest me some good books or if you have them in soft form.
