Dear djr33 I got another account on that site and the same person fixed value 72 ! Now the only problem is value 17 (wals info) in french (rhytmic stress which is undetermined) I had sent you a link you can see it there! Thanks for your warnings and messages!!

I still don't know what is stopping you from doing this yourself, and why I would do it for you instead.
Rhythmic stress is not my area of specialization (not even phonology at all-- I do research in morphosyntax), and I only have intermediate knowledge of French, and that's mostly written not spoken, so I just don't know the answer except looking it up.
And as I've hinted before, you shouldn't be addressing these questions to me personally. Anyone can answer them (although I know right now there are not too many people here who use WALS, so I might be the only person who would answer), and I will read it, and I will gladly tell you if I know the answer. In fact, including my username in the question might make others skip over it.
