Cobnitive Linquistics
« on: August 21, 2014, 11:30:45 PM »
It is indeed great pleasure for me to be here, and this is really a good place to learn a lot. But one thing which I found missing on the forum is that there is no discussion room available for Cognitive Linguistics , an important branch of linguistics. I am really in need of guidance and help for selection  my MS research topic in the area of cognitive Linguistics.

We don't really have forum sections for particular theories, and not do I think there's any intention to go that route. If you have particular questions or topics in cognitive linguistics that you'd like to discuss, feel free to start a thread in whatever thematic section feels vaguely appropriate.

Hi imran and welcome. As MalFet said, you should just find the area that is most relevant to the kind of linguistic analysis you're doing then discuss it in terms of Cognitive Linguistics. The Linguist's Lounge would be fine for a general discussion if you don't see somewhere else.
